Purpose:
|
To show a new surgical procedure for treating corneal obscurity and aniridia with aphakia and the outcomes in a little sequential case series.

Methods:
|
A three-piece acrylic IOL was appended to a modified silicone iris prosthesis and settled with three 10– 0 polypropylene sutures in a knotless system utilizing Z-sutures after trephination of the beneficiary cornea. Results:
